Our school opened September 2006 with: Grade 9 (students
born in 1992) and Grade 10 (students born in 1991).
In September 2007, we will add Grade 11. Grade 12 has been added for
September 2008.
You must live within our school boundaries:
Hwy. 403 north to Britannia, and between Winston Churchill Blvd. and
Ninth Line.
You must bring the proper documentation. Please refer
to the checklist linked on the right to be sure you
have everything you need to register. Students must be accompanied by
a parent/guardian to complete the registration process.

Required Documentation
Proof of Immigration Status/Age
In order to register a student, one
of the following original or officially certified true copies
documents must be presented:
Transcript Requirement
- status sheet from previous Peel District School
Board school
- students coming from Elementary schools should
bring a copy of the most recent report card
- transcripts and/or report cards from previous country
Proof of Address/Residence in Peel
Verify that you live within our school
boundaries. Click on the "Boundaries" link in the invitation
bar on the right.
Proof of permanent address related to residence could
be one of: a purchase agreement, formal lease, bank statement, personalized
cheque or utility bill.

Proof of Immunization
Proof of immunization (yellow card or record
from country last resided, or Peel Health form) is required for all
registrations new to Peel schools. Documentation should have at least
one dated entry to be acceptable.

Please call Health Line Peel at 905-799-7700 for information
about the immunization schedule in Ontario, to verify that your child's
record is up-to-date, and for information about how to have your child
immunized if you do not have an Ontario health card and cannot afford
doctor's fees for immunization. You can also obtain an exemption form
if your child has not been immunized for medical reasons or because
of a conflict of religion or conscience.
Proof of Custody/Relationship
Proof of relationship could be established via
birth certificates, passport or other reliable documentation. If there
is a custody arrangement, a copy of the court order or other legal document
is required.

STUDENTS
NEW to CANADA
Students who are new to Canada
must first schedule an appointment with Peel District School Board's
Newcomer Information Centre:

ASSESSMENT CENTRES are open
year-round, including July and August. Placement in the appropriate
secondary school is based on literacy and numeracy assessment results.
You must phone first for an appointment. The attached

and phone number.
Compulsory documents to bring to the assessment:
- Canadian Citizenship (birth certificate or birth registration card
or passport or citizenship certificate, or
- Citizenship and Immigration Canada "Record of Landing"
IMM 1000, or
- Confirmation of Permanent Residence IMM 5292, or
- Permanent Resident Card (PRC).
Additional documents needed for registration:
- educational records (recent report cards and/or school leaving certificate)
- proof of address in Peel Region (property tax assessment bill or
formal lease or utility bill or bank statement or credit card statement)
- immunization records (yellow card or record from country last resided
or Peel Health form).
