IMMUNIZATION CLINIC,
Gym C.
The following services will be offered: Review
of the immunization record, update of the record with Peel Public
Health, recommendations for immunizations, and the option to receive
vaccinations required to attend school (measles, mumps, rubella,
tenanus, diphtheria, polio, and the option of pertussis) for those
with limited access to a family physician.
Students attending the clinic will need to bring:
the letter mailed to them from Peel Public Health, immunization
record, proof of age, and an English speaking person if available.
Some translation services will be available.
